UNAUTHORISED BILLING

Once again, they have debited my account WITHOUT my authority. They were advised that the debit order had been cancelled and that the 4 FINAL payments would be done via EFT. All the proof was sent to them. SAMANTHA CONFIRMED on 15 September that my account balance is NIL. How do I get through to these people!!!
