Unapproved subscriptions

On air has been deducting an entertainment fee from our account for over a year now, without any proof that we ever approved the subscription. They are ignoring any correspondence since I was promised to be send the voice recording of where such a subscription was approved by us. If you ever deal with them check immediately for any strange and unapproved debit orders from them.
