Un authorised subscription

I am so disappointed with Onair TV, signed a 24months contract and now that my contract has ended they now signed me up for Rescuebox of which I didn’t agree on that. Life with Onair TV is so difficult because you can’t ahold of them over the phone and they take long in resolving issues over an email. So frustrated at this point
