Totally *************, unreliable
Ok... another 8 days have passed... this is the THIRD time I'm complaining about the same problem that hasn't been resolved. .. two people phoned me.... same story. ... only apologising... PROMISE THEY WILL phone back...BUT DON'T! !! AND PROBLEM STILL NOT SORTED!!! GOING FOR THE 5TH WEEK NOW.... How long must one stay calm and understanding?????<br>
