******* to take new contract by onair tv.
Onair ******* me and sold me their 24 months decoder contract. I did inform their consultant that i have contract with Multi choice and i dont want to pay the double contract. They made me understand tyat i will not be paying for multi choisce, but only R259 on thier Decorder. They never inform me that i should not open the package. I must not activate the decoder....of whitch, they did tell me on the recording that i must call the multichoice for an activation. Now the device is not meeting my expectations. No extra view. I must still pay for the channels i view.... I must pay the new contract for the lousy device that is not meeting my expectations.
Dear peter, please, advice on what route to follow as the ****mers tells me that due to activating the device, i can not return the decorder

Concerning the above Mail,
An Onair personnel gave me a call yesterday, had a friendly discssion with me concerning the matter.
She also made a promise she will revert with 24 to 48 hour..that is after tney did tneir investigation on listening to the recording.
Today, she did cabe back with feed and corfimed that the outcome was that their consultant did not explain some important info.
Laststly, and finally, they will collect the decoder withing 3 to 10 working days.
Solution was happy ending for my family.
I really appreciate your aid on this regard.
