To much deduction

I am about to open ***** case. Monthly 4 deductions: 1. On air out R275. 2. On air plus R220. 3. On air R105. 4 On air another R105. Total deduction R705. Going on for months now. I e-mailed them without success. I think here is a snake in the grass, one massive one. I hope that the problem can be solved via hellopeter and that I can receive a payback for money taken. Hope someone at on air will do the effort to do a full audit.
