This is the worst nightmare

This is my second complaint The biggest nuisance of All timeREF oa- ********** 7-1 I had an account with Onairtv and my account was paid up in 2017, I still receive the payment reminder that i need to pay R442.00 everyday, including Christmas, Holidays or weekends, this has become a biggest nuisance in my life, when I call them to complain, they say that they have updated their system saying that i will not get this message anymore, this has been happening since 2017 with no break I have begun to hate them for this Please assist
