This is Crime

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I was promised that a TV device would be delivered to me, but that never happened. Despite not receiving any product at all, the company still deducted money from my account. Furthermore, the numbers they gave me to contact them, don't work. On WhataApp, they don't respond.

I have tried to cancel, but they refuse to assist me, even though they have provided absolutely nothing to me. This feels dishonest and unfair.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount deducted and for this account or contract to be cancelled with immediate effect, as no service or product was ever delivered.
