This company tried to sell me *****ulently a decoder with untrue promises

This company tried to sell me *****ulently a decoder with untrue promises. I tried to stop the order after I realised that they sold me the decoder with false promises. I kept on phoning them and sent them various emails to come and collect their decoder and to cancel the order with no success. A debit order was processed on but I reversed it couse they sold me lies..they said I'll have a free trial month then after I'll pay but the decoder wasn't playing and couldn't get to see Netflix nor showmax..i ended up paying DSTV . I tried to write them an email and called numerous times but couldn't get hold of them ..the last email I sent was to say they need to cancel this contract because they sold me lies..I was actually helped by one of DSTV consultant he explained to Mr how it works but on air people didn't do that ..they just want to deduct on my account.
