They Trick You Into A Contract Then Give You A Faulty Product!

Two months ago I was so excited to receive my On Air device, a day later it stopped working. I installed it in the evening and the next morning it was not working. I called in and got assistance, we decided to cancel the contract because of the inconvenience of it all. The lady assured me that I would get refunded. They continued to debit my account even after. Now the same consultant says I won't get a refund because it was a Free cancellation, contrary to what she initially said. I hate ****s and companies that hire ****s. I am highly disappointed in how ********* my matter was dealt with.
