They sold me lies

Good morning....I am very frustrated right now...On Air consultant would me a lie...he sold me dstv Ultra decoder....I ask him if I am on a dstv family access package this Ultra will work he said yes.

The reason I have ask for that it was because I am already paying for Netflix, Showmax, Disney plus and the fibre for my home, and I specifically told him I won't afford to pay anything above R120 for dish plus again I have to pay for Ultra extra R199.

So now I am trying to watch Nexflix it says I must have PVR access....can u please help me I don't want this utlra cos it does not help me at at....I mightas wel buy myself an endroid box to convert my TV to smart TV....unlike to pay R199 for 24 months of which I won't be using it
