They are robbing/*****ing my account

I would advise you not to take a debit order maybe it will be better since my contract ended 6months ago but they still debiting my account. When you call their number it ask you to click numbers for options but it wont allow you to carry on it will ask you to do that again again you wont get through. Their whatsapp they just blue tick you.
