the worst company i have come across

<p>So after leaving a very lengthy and detailed description of my worst encounter with this company they have lived up to their reputation and decided to call me back almost 5 weeks later...what a joke..they start off by saying im in arrears even though they debit me monthly....was i angry..well what didnu expect..i lost my cool and i apologise..but what did u expect ladybugs and unicorns..do not start off your conversation telling me about arrears if u no its my breaking point..contact centre 101..learn aboit your customer...listen..let them vent and then explain..no u ____________! decide to drop the call in my ear because that what felt right to you...i work for a corporate business and i pray to god you dont get any more business...im taking this further and see what the CPA thinks of you andbyour actions...u are pathetic..get it right...how are you still operating!!!!!!!!!!</p>
