so I recently got an onair tv account, to this i do not want to no longer have the account, I have a balance of R1400 , I want to setlle this as I do not want it anymore. I have written numerous emails requesting for their account details, to settle, called the helpline no answer, sent them a text on the whatsapp business number. these guys will ruin your credit score , I am livid. i want to settle the account, why are they refusing with the information? to keep me in , I want out
