The bigest **** and bs company

I Got a dstv explora with them nov 2021 I paid every month 24 months later nov 2023 i get a call from them stating my contract is now over and expired so i said ok thank you come dec money stil deducted including extra R89 for no reason. Till today they deducting money . So once i canceled my debit order i now get messages they are going to black list me if i do not pay. Cant get hold of their offices nothing their whatsapp lines are useless aswell. Is on air a big **** ? Why are they taking my money and black listing me... my contract is over
