The account ruined my credit score and I never missed payment

The account has ruined my credit score; it shows credit utilization of 114% yet I have paid on time for my subscription. The balance showing is not the monthly subscription like other accounts that I have had before. The full balance is included. You can't even cancel the contract. You have to pay off the full amount of the contract of R4000+.
