After sending numerous emails and calling their agents, asking for refund of the money they kept debiting in my account for products I returned, they finally did. On AIR finally resolved the matter and did not make any debits this month. I am relieved, I think there's definitely room for improvement in respect of assisting their clients on time, however, I'm happy.
