Terribly bad service!!!

I've never received such a poor service in my life... I got a call from a lady called Naomi who was rude like nothing on earth. She basically didn't want me to listen to me. Every month is a new story about the debit order. Last week I was told that my May debit order did not go through. Today I'm told February did not go through. I have a bank statement showing that the debit order did go from my account... still that does not help.
