Terrible Service Provider

This service provider comes as very irresponsible and dishonest to their customers.

My mom who is a pensioner, had only signed up an upgrade contract for her dstv decoder. But to her surprise, the bank debits for this contract reference are higher and multiple amounts being deducted from the bank account. Upon assisting her, I found out that the OnAirTV company is charging her extra for a bundled products service, which she never gave consent to or subscribed and does not require whatsoever. They just deduct these amounts every month.

It costs her banking charges for debit order disputes, transaction reversal,etc. Their customer care dept is not even helpful to resolve the matters when you call.
