Terrible service

I'm so very disappointed and angry at on air for their bad service rendered. I had a contract with them for a decoder it was a 24 months contract, on the last month of the contract I was told I'm in areas with one month, which I wasn't because everytime I skipped payment the following month they'll debit double but then I accepted and allowed them to debit me.And now after 2 months they debited my account for what I don't know and this is done without my knowledge. I wouldn't advise anyone to make any kind of business with them they're very bad at it and they're reaping people off their hard earned money
