Terrible service

My husband has an account with them, which they keep billing multiple times in one month for, then they call to say his account is in arrears. the agents all sound like programmed bots, I listen to their conversations every time they call to tell him about the arrears and its revolting what comes out of their mouths as responses, so evasive and vague. They promise to send emails detailing the records and never do, they dont have a physical office and are nowhere to be found when he calls, emails or text them on whatsapp.
