Terrible and shocking service from Onair

Good day. I`m completely annoyed with the shocking service from OnAir. I paid a lumpsum to pay off my account in January 2020, sent the proof of payment and asked for an updated statement to be sent to me indicating the payment. however I am still being debited in 2021!. Their agents are always busy when trying to reach their ***number. I get no response on their WhatsApp number. I am at my wits end with them and honestly regret upgrading my explora!!! Their billing department is utterly useless!!!
