Stop Deductions

This serves as a notice to stop the deductions that are currently active on my contract as I have finished my contract term and called in several times to stop and get my refund. I even sent these details over the whatsapp number provided.

The deductions went on end March and April despite the fact that my contract ended end February. I need my refund for these 2 months.

This company just don't care and calls are not answered while they are busy taking the money *******ly.
