Stop debiting my account

Took out a ultra decoder with the company, wasn't happy with it so I decided to cancel the contract within 7 days. They sent a courier company to come and collect the decoder that was end of February 2022. To date the company is still debiting my account, can't reverse nor stop the debit order till the company does.

When I did a follow up today as to why my account is still being debited, a consultant by the name of Sameera Hoosen told be the decoder hasn't been received to their warehouse. It took 2 days for me to recieve the package, took another 2 days for the courier to collect the parcel. When it's time to cancel things take forever.

So unbelievable, those are delaying tactics so they can continue debiting my account.
