Still not refunded

I am so disappointed with onair. I am still waiting for my refund that they owe me. They have been promising to refund me since July. And I have long sent them proof even today day they just don't want to refund me. I am so tired of them I think I gonna lay a complain with people who protect the consumer's rights.
