Stay away from this company! (ONAIR TV) They are sharks.

My experience - I had a guy phone me and made out he was from MultiChoice (never mentioned ONAIR TV) and that my current decoder was old and was going to be discontinued and will not work very soon BUT he had a great deal because I have been such a wonderful customer of Multichoice for so many years. 2 x new Explorer decoders plus installation for R139 x 24 months (Total R3336) , I did not really need two decoders but the deal sounded ok and I agreed. I then started getting deductions on my account of 2 x R139 per month (R278) , I of course got hold of them and told them to cancel the one but after 3 months they still did not. So I started reversing the one payment each month. Big fight with them and they handed me over to Debt Collectors. They refuse to give me a copy of the taped agreed contract. Why would anybody agree to pay R6700 over 2 years for 2 x decoders and installation when you can purchase the same for R2600. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES!!
