Stay away From Onair

canceled service in March 2023 and the confirmed that they cancelled the service. they constantly debit my account and i have to pay R40 amonth to reverse the debit order. they must be liable to for this reversal cost. call them monthly and hold on for for 30 to 45 mintues. only to be told, they will stop debiting but you are not taken seriously. when they called to sell us the DSTv Package 2 years ago, they said they are calling directly from Multichoice. we keep telling them to stop calling us for their security box.
