STAY AWAY FROM ON AIR

I took the explorer from them. November i got a call about a WiFi unit. I was told that for i fixed amount i could have WiFi. The unit came but it was i Wifi receiver not Wifi modem as sold. I returned the unit. My account was debited. For admin and postage then December January and February for monthly installments for unit that was returned. I was promised to be refunded. Did not happen. So blocked all payments to them. My last month for explorer was Feb that is the one payment i could get blocked . Taking in consideration that the payment was R129 and the were sitting with over R500 of mine logic would suggest they settle the one account and return the res of the money. But no i now get harassed weekly for the R129 with interested and threaten to be handed over. But they are uncapable.
