*********** staff and ****med twice ruining my credit record

I cancelled an account with them that was opened under false pretense. Then for two years they didn’t remove the amount owed on my credit record even when the account was cancelled two years ago which ruined my credit record and stopped me from gaining employment. After I called them to remove it on my credit record even, they haven’t done this but instead have started debiting me for a service I’m not receiving from them. This is really making me angry!!! Call ***
