South Africa stay away from pathetic OnAir TV

OnAir TV must be the most pathetic business partner that Multichoice could have chosen. One of their consultants old me a DSTV Explora, which was delivered on Thursday 14 March. She advised that an accredited installer will contact me within 48 hours after delivery to confirm installation. I'm still waiting for that call (almost 2 weeks later). There's a Joanna Pillay & Michelle McKenzie who does the bare minimum to assist. Can OnAir TV please cancel this deal & have the courier company collect the Explora device, which is gathering dust, without any costs to me. Please also remove all my personal details from your database.
