Showmax(R159)

I subscribed for a decoder(R160) and Showmax(R159) with 5GB last month. My decoder was delivered and installed but no Showmax(connection).I have been calling them ever since the installation without any success,holding the phone for twenty minutes without any assistance. I was given an sms number by Multichoice ,I sms-ed but no assistance. On the 15th they deducted the said money from my account, I tried to call them since this morning and I was just given another number *** and again I was holding forever without any assistance. A lady who answered my call before passing it through asked if I have Wi-Fi router in my house and I said no.I asked her why was I not asked these questions before and she couldn't get me a straight answer.

The person who offered me that contract is Trivon ,employee number 10579 and he did not explain this to me.The thing is I want this contract to be cancelled(Showmax) and I want a refund.
