Shocking service Onair Tv

I have no words to describe my frustration dealing with Onair Tv. Wish I had read these comments before I decided to order an Explora from them. I'm ready to shove the Explora - which was eventually delivered 6 weeks after I ordered and is still, 2 weeks later, not installed - down someone's throat. So much time, energy and money wasted. How do these people remain in business??
