Shantel Vahed was so very helpful as a consultant at on air tv. She understood my frustration from the start and she literally went out of her way to get my query/ complaint sorted out and she know how to treat her customers fairly and not trying to bully a customer into a contract that was misleading from the start. I hope that the company will train their sales consultants better next time when they deal with clients and and does not mislead us as customers. I really want to thank Shantel for her awesome service and she must know that I highly appreciate the fact that she is an excellent Customer Consultant.🙏🏼 Fareed
