I bought PVR to be installed and subscribed Showmax; however they started billing me on the Showmax subscription before installing the PVR. When I query it and request the subscription to be canceled and refund me. I was told that I can’t be refunded and the subscription will be cancelled. Basically paying for the service which I haven’t received!
