******** from on air claiming they are from dstv multichoice

In March 2020 I got a call from a guy saying he is from DStv offered me a deal of 2 decordors saying the monthly subscription is R320, at no additional charges to my surprise month end of April I see 2 debit orders from dstv and on air , I managed to reverse the on air, I was **** they lie in the name o DStv. Now I try calling them there is no answer I was put on hold. Luckily I didn't open the package as yet they must just come collect it
