the lady called me and sold me their product with wrong information saying that with 200 for 24 months am going to be able to view everything i wanted with out me knowing that am being signed to a dstv explora ,i called explaining what happened i was told that they will have an invistigation on their side then a day after i get a driver at work to collect the decorder yet no one called me about it .

since then i have been getting calls from collection department and now am getting a threatening message about a final demand of something i do not use .
