Sandile for Team Leader

After canceling a order yesterday I received a sms that my order will be delivered today.

I phoned 3 times and eventually spoke to Sandile. He cancel the order and explained the package which help alot because yesterday they wanted me to take a new dish which I have and then they said I swear at the lady which I did not.

Sandile just made me feel better he needs to get a promotion. He listens and then react because he know how to work with clients.
