Return Debit RTD R130 owing the bank

Hi iam angry, annoyed these people loaded a debit in my account I dont have any business with them , they sent me sms that they will debit on the 5th every month for what I really dont know, I have been calling sending emails , communicating with what's up line no response only email said they will call me urgently from Monday the 7th no call from them# i have to pay R130 unpaid RTD from my account, can they just pay this R130 into my account iam on minus these negative things give us problems in future if we need cash. ## I just hate people when they are bored they decide to drain our accounts ## i called the bank on the 4th September and suspended their debit and make sure the are no funds its clear they tried other means to collect.
