Rescue box subscription unauthorized

Please be carefull of this company they did a mandate on my account without my approval so basically they can just deduct from your account i even struggle to get hold of them and left messages but no response from them then i only got an answer via watsup telling me thats its a subscription fee called rescue box and i dont have a clue what it is be carefull people they take money from your account without you knowing if they should take money off my account i will take this matter further with saps.
