Requested to stop the debit order and reimbur*****t
On the 4th October 2024, I requested that my debit Order be canceled with immediately effect. Until today, they are still deducting. A ticket number 2697 was created and closed but I have not being reimbursed R239 x 9 months. I'll appreciate if hellopeter can intervene on this matter.
