Request for refund from Onair TV.

I'm writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and anger at Onair TV's despicable behavior. In 2024 - 2025, they ****med my grandma BUSISIWE SITHOLE out of R2203 by promising to install a DSTV (Reference Number - OA-***1-1), but they never showed up or delivered the product. They kept taking her money from her account for a year, despite her attempts to stop them.

When the bank intervened, they temporarily stopped the payments, but resumed taking money again. I got involved, emailed them, and wrote a review on Hellopeter, after which they finally Cancelled the subscription. But they still haven't refunded her money.

I patiently emailed them, providing all necessary info, but they ignored me, then transferred me between different departments, and different agents and eventually made ridiculous demands like getting a lawyer and power of attorney, citing POPIA (which wasn't relevant since I wasn't asking for info). They even asked me to calculate the amount they owed my grandma - it's R2203, which they've taken without delivering anything.

Last Onair employee to ignore me: Nerengrie Govender.

I demand Onair TV refund my grandma's R2203 immediately.

To all grandkids: CHECK ON YOUR GRANDPARENTS! ****s like Onair TV are out there, selling non-existent products and taking advantage of vulnerable people. Don't let them get away with it!
