Replacement of decorder by Onair

Onair sold me a decorder during the time when the was a rumours that DSTV is about to be sold. I told lady from Onair that I don't need decorder. She told me that all the decorder will be changed. I told her that when I need a decorder I will go to multi-choice. At the end they delivered the decorder. I was suspicious that the lady was lying. I went to the bank to stop debit order, they then called and notify me that they will investigate. Even today they never called me for updates.
