Refund of R2216 by OnAir/CommitTechnologies/Ignition

This company is known for promising products which they do not deliver but comtinue deducting for the same monthly. I saw many simila reviews by others here. You wrote to me saying that they have responded tomy previous negative review but they are still playing games. Kershan Pillay sent me a pop up indicating that they have refunded me with R2 216 on 13/5 with action on the 16/5/2022 reflecting my correct current account. I told him I never received it as my bankstatement does not reflect this payment from 13th to end if May 2022.I told him the pop up was not valid thus likey to be ********** as I have heard of such pop up in the past. He has stopped communicating with me on the phone or email.!

It is ckear that he was only interested in me paying R338 for 2 months as I had reversed as unauthorised debit of R338 insted of R169pm in June for Explora decoder I received last year.I was also forcing them to attend to my router complaint which I did not receive . Later I heard it was an entertanment voucher I did not know nor received I have sent a final letter of demand for them to pay me the refund of R2216 as I may be forced to take them to court. Secondly. I want to complain against them in terms of Consumer Protection Act. They should be prohibited from trading as they have harmful business practices which are prejudicial to consumers. They also work with Ignition call centre.
