Refund and compaint

I have been debited since 2019 for a subscription i have no idea about and would like the matter resolved by sending me the call made then and for a refund for the premiums that went off my account since then. I have been sent from pillar to post and still no conclusive feedback but just stating that no refund can be made. I will definitely take the matter further if need be if this is not resolved.
