Refund

I had a decoder for 18 months it was collected on 15.04.2025 because when they listened to it ..it confirmed that consultant **** to me saying if I take on air decoder it will cancel multichannel she sold it to me as if it was a pricelock and they are working with multichannel,I was advised that once decoder is collected from me I will get full refund of all R239 they were deducting for 18 month ,when I call client service I was told to wait for an sms then I will get a call and get a refund now its 1 month and 5 days ,consultant confirmed turnaround time is unknown..I would never ever encourage anyone to take onair decoder
