Rating them with one star is still a lot for this company, Do not take up any subscription from onair!!!

These people are charging me double for an explorer package that I took. Their call enter always has "high call volumes" always hold for 20 minutes and even end up hanging up! Sending a query via email a futile exercise on its own.. still waiting for feedback!
