Ratiing is 0 Stars!!Onair *****!! Debit orders keep coming off after canceling it!!

I got my dstv ultra explora from them. I then took showmax from them and my debit order came off 16 sept last year then 27th sep I called to cancel showmax. I kept calling and being on hold and get cut off constantly and when I spoke to customer service they said it was cancelled and this was after 3 debits came off already and it was sent to billing and I never heard from them and called again and hold on forever and get cut off. Then they said they never got payment!!! And I got p off . I sent them proof that payment came off for showmax and then lady emailed to say that reference is closed. Then I get another email to see its under review!! I mean really it case is resolved it Means they would pay me back right??? Tonight I see another payment go off for showmax!! I sent them the sms I got now. DO NOT GO TO ONAIRTV EVER !! They are ******** and customer service sucks ! Nobody helps or want to understand you. I am calling my bank tomorrow to see what I can do.
