Problems once again with on air tv

After canceling everything, you guys go and take a debit order. What the hell is wrong with your people??????? I even soke to a lady that is working at the debit order department, u said to her she must not take any money, she said it is fine she will cancel. But still you took money. I want this sorted out asap and I want my money back!!!!!
