Poor Service with no assistance
Good day, On Air TV is simply refusing to provide a settlement figure for my account to be paid up. Nobody answers the calls to assist clients. You are constantly routed through an answering prompt, playing annoying music. I even escalated to TL Kiara no response. Extremely poor service
