Poor service or is it NO service ?

I sent about six emails requesting them to change my bank account details but I never get a reply. When I phone there the phone rings for 5 minutes +, but when the debit order doesn't go through they are very quick to send you messages. So if you don't phone me or email me back then you wont get your payment! Your service is really poor!
